    I eat lots of garlic...and I really do smell it when I workout....especially on my palms...i've layed off it for the past few days becaus eit was starting to make me nauseaus

    i'd be heart attack soup (aka cup o' noodles).

    i was just twirling the noodles around my fork when i thought about how embarrassed i'd be to admit i was eating this.
    then i thought about working it off on the treadmill tonight
    then wondered how it would totally 'out' me if i when i sweat i smelled like what i just ate.


    this is how my mind works.


    then i thought about the brave ones that would answer and say they would smell like **** or *****.

    Spring Salad mix, chicken breast chunks, tiny bit of cheese, croutons, cucumber, tomato...and dressing lol
