I don't have a goal weight?!?!

I can't figure out what weight would make me happy. Every girl needs some curve but where and how much is my issue. Anyone else out there confused on what would make them happy?

Here's a really good tool to figure your ideal weight using height, gender and age: It gives several different options for calculations. Most of the calculations used aren't realistic for me but the healthy BMI recommendation gives a more realistic range.

I don't necessarily have a goal weight either. I think a size could be just as good of a goal.

Everyone is different, and those charts are only statistics. Honestly, I think it's a good thing not to have a goal. Pounds on a scale are only a number, so shoot for a weight which you feel comfortable with. Use a BMI chart only as a general range you want to make it to. Then decide for yourself what weight is right for you.
