My name is Sam and I'm from the great state of Georgia (Go Dawgs!) I have been married to my best friend for 15 years and we have three amazing kiddos. They are a real motivation for me as I want to make sure that dear ole' dad is around to annoy/embarrass them for years to come!

    I think what he's trying to say is that you can't target fat loss because it is loss generally throughout the whole body.

    Thank you all for your responses...I am slowly realizing that this journey is meant to be realistically paced instead of treated like a time trial.
    I am really digging this type of journey perspective...plus, as a certified super-chunk, I hate running anyways!
