My Name is Chelsea.I have been doing cardio and strength training for 4 months now and though i see progress visually and a differnce in my clothes,the scale hasnt budged! I am 5'6"and 200lbs.Am i doing something wrong? Help,advice,and encouragement please.

You could get a macro counter app. See if you're getting the protein you need and not overdoing your carbs (too much fruit). This may not work for everyone but it did me when I started adding more meat like chicken and fish. Only one large fruit and a mini one per day as a goal.
