Weight loss is not about numbers it's personal.
Everyone is different, and there are so many ways to loss weight. After my 9 spinal surgery eight months ago weighting 250 Ilbs. I realized that I needed to change and take control my health,to reduce some my discomfort on my back. During my recovery I implemented new eating habits ( pour control- healthy food) and meditation played a strong role in my new approach of my life . After all, I'm the Driver of my Health!
Remember .... Be around People, Places, and Things that will positively influence your goals.
