    I use it on my iPod. I believe it's available for Android as well. I got it through the app store.

    I'm using the Nike + GPS to track my running for free on my iphone.

    I LOVE this app. Its a great workout. I am have been concentrating on running more in the past few weeks as I am running the Peachtree Road Race next week but I can't wait to get back to some of these workouts a couple of times a week. I usually do the intermediate get lean workouts.
