I can not rave enough about taebo. I am only able to do the class one night a week but it is by far the best workout I get!

It's not easy and I feel like I am going to die but it so worth it!

I am not disciplined enough to do it on my own but I highly recommend you give it a try!

    I have the original Tae Bo video and I love it! I pull it out occassionally for a change up now. Did it constantly for about a year and it was awesome!

    Totally agree. I got the videos from the library (back when things were on video, lol) and loved them so much I bought them. Done them off and on for years, and they are still intense!

    I like live classes better, because the instructor changes things up and you're not doing the same stuff all the time.

    I know what you mean and Billy Blank has been around for years and his workouts still work. I have one of his DVD's at home and try to do it twice a week along with my Biggest Loser DVD's. I go to a boxing gym and I like his workouts because they incorporate the punching and footwork into the workout.

    I own about 10 different tae bo dvd's and love switching them up as some are more intense than others. Billy Blanks is THE BEST!! Tae bo is my main workout regimen along with the weighted resistance bands. Definitely get the bang for your efforts!!

    Love Tae Bo! My husband and I have been doing them for years! There is a newer DVD called Billy's Bootcamp Cardio Sculpt that uses weights for most of the workout. It really kicks butt!!
