calibrating meal for specific goals

Hi everyone,
I am on a quest. 10 years ago, I had a personal trainer who also provided a really cool website with recipe making feature that I really liked. Today, I,m looking for a similar app or tips on how to use my fitness pal.
In short, if I entered the 5 or 6 ingredients for a breakfast burrito, it would automatically adjust my quantities to calibrate the meal for a specific goal. In my case, it was 600 cal, 28-35g of protein, 12-18g of fat. Please don't get distracted by my goals at that time, the point is it would change the quantities to best fit my goals.
With some meals, they were impossible with standard ingredients, so I would do something like replace the beef with extra lean beef, then recalibrate the meal again. A key to this process being so friendly was its ability to crunch all the numbers for me with 1 key press. I did not care if I had to recalibrate the recipe several times because it was fast.
Can anyone provide tips or suggestions on how I could do this with myfinesspal?
All help big or small will be appreciated
Thx
Tyler

I am not aware of a tool like this.. You can enter your recipes and it will give you the totals, however you can't tell it what you want the totals to be and it will tell you the amounts of each item. If it does I am not aware of it.0

Update: I've been experimenting with the 'recipe' feature.
I was able to create a meal, view the nutritional info, and then edit the contents to see how it changes the nutritional info. I think this will work quite effectively. In fact, it might be a better approach, because I'm manually adjusting the quantities. Why? Maybe I'll get better at improvising.
Side note: I tried this on my android tablet and failed miserably, but it works extremely well on my home computer (windows 7). I'll try it one more time on tablet, now that I know what to do.0 -
Updatex2:
I checked the android tablet a second time.
Unfortunately, the app runs a bit differently than on my home computer. I'm having problems viewing the nutrional content of a custom recipe. Hence, I'm not finding the desired feedback when I modify the recipe.
However, I'm still very happy. I'm planning on using my home computer as a command centre for planning, and the android as an 'on the go' device. From a practical point of view, I don't need full features while on the go.
it's better to be doing things when I'm out doing things, and leave the planning for home. if that makes any sense.
