It will still be accurate. I weigh myself every morning at 5:10 am when I wake up. Sometimes on my days off I sleep in and don't weight until 9am. Those days are sometimes (rarely) a little heavier (maybe 0.5lb at most) than the days I weigh early- but that might just be coincidence.
The reason to weigh early in the day is because
1) you haven't eaten yet
2) you are soaking wet from a shower
3) you have little to no clothes on to weigh you down
so the weight you see is YOU instead of food/water from the day or heavy clothes/shoes.0 -
You should be fine. If you usually eat before 7am - and before you weigh in - then make sure you eat before you weigh in at 6am. Otherwise, it'll be accurate.0

As long as you have been to the bathroom or not, whichever you normally do, the difference will likely be less than a couple of ounces/50g.0

Yeah when I weigh betwee 7 and 730.. Its after I go to the bathroom and before I eat or do anything else.. and I try to wear the same type of thing each time.. little pj shorts with a tshirt0 -
The most accurate/consistent time to weigh yourself is when you get out of bed in the morning, naked, after you have peed. When you do this than clothing are not a factor, how much you have eaten that day is not a factor and your hydration will be relativity consistent. The one hour you are asking about should not make any real difference.0

Yeah I weigh whe I first get up and after the bathroom ...but with clothes on0 -
I weigh in whenever I wake up everyday.. varies from around 5AM to about 8 or 9AM (on weekends sometimes). I always just make sure I do my business in the bathroom before!!! Though on my weigh in days, it's usually on the earlier side bc I'm so excited (or nervous/anxious!) to weigh in so I'm up so early, ready to get that number haha.
I also take off my pjs and just weigh in my undies! then usually put the pjs back on and climb back in bed for a little haha0
