Looking for a mentor!

Was always very active till I had kids.. my two boys take up a lot of my time. My youngest was recently diagnosed type 1 diabetic. I want to eat right and get in shape for him and be a role model to my kids. It's been so long though and I'm not sure where to start.. motivation is difficult but I started today finally. Any help is appreciated ☺
