I'm 42, just released from the hospital because I had a small heart attack. I don't smoke or drink but I am 100 lbs overweight. It's time to make some changes. It's gonna be a slow start until I adjust to all my new meds and I can start exercising but making healthier choices is a start.

Thank You! That's the plan but I have to start in a cardiac rehab gym first. Right now I have to be able to walk without my ekg going crazy.0

take it slow on the exercise but try to focus on the diet part now. I'm glad you were able to survive your heart attack, try to do all you can to not have another one. Best of luck with your healthier lifestyle.0
