Anyone know a good site/blog for authentic Mexican food?

Since I started trying to lose weight I've made a strong effort to start using recipes more when I cook, since me "winging it," usually ends up with dishes that are too evoo heavy and too impulse driven.
This week I was soooo looking forward to making this lovely Mexican pozole

with my only changes being to add serranos and cayenne for heat.
But alas, this was one of the most boring dishes ever, and nothing like the food my Mexican friends make. Or even like what I can find at a local taqueria. It just tasted like bland salsa.
That being said, can anyone recommed a great site for Mexican food? The more regional, the better.

I made Rachael Ray's Pozole once. It was just okay. Don't know if it was the recipe or that I may not be a fan of hominey? haven't tried again. I do follow this blog mexicoinmykitchen.com/ seems authentic.0

I don't do much Mexican cooking, but I do watch these two shows on PBS and would try these first if I wanted to cook some Mexican dishes.
Here is the link to the Public Broadcasting Service website for the shows. They will point to the official websites.

@dklibert well I substituted choclo descganado for the hominy, because the supermarket only had canned hominy and I'm not a fan of canned food in general. Mexico in my kitchen looks great!
@CyberTone, thanks! This right here looks delicious.

Rick Bayless specializes in authentic Mexican food - you can google recipes from him - but they are often pretty involved.0

Just a thought, but any recipe that starts with cooking chicken breasts in chicken stock is going to be bland. Taquerias aren't known for low fat food.0

Howtocookmexicanfood on YouTube is what I use.0

@Roza42 the chicken was the best part! But only because I used the most amazing homemade chicken stock.0

It would be good to define what you mean by "Mexican" food. There's interior, coastal, Tex-mex, New Mexico Mexicsn, etc. They all differ somewhat in ingredients and flavors.

I don't know how authentic this is but I winged a Mexican recipe for a green enchilada casserole tonight and it turned out so yummy! I calculated it as 4 servings and 268 calories. I mixed together chicken, green enchilada sauce, and Greek cream cheese and then layered the three tortillas with chicken mixture and 1/4 cup cheese. Total of 3 layers. Baked at 350 for 30 min and it was delicious!! Could definitely have added more chicken I just had a breast and a half I needed to use so that's all we used.

That's why I asked for regional recipes0 -
Rick Bayless, for sure. ( and that's coming from someone who is Mexican.)0

I'm surprised about the Rick Bayless suggestions!
I live in Chicago and a lot of people hate Bayless and see him as a hack. His recipes don't look bad though.
His casual restaurant is all right. Seems like if the choice is between Bayless' restaurant and Chipotle, I'd definitely choose Bayless. But Bayless's place doesn't even come close to the good taquerias around here.0 -
I make mexican food so muchits become second nature in my life0

The Mexican cookbooks I've seen referred to as absolutely essential for the serious cook's library are "The Art of Mexican Cooking" and "Essential Cuisines of Mexico" by Diana Kennedy. You can google her recipes but I don't know a site that has a collection of them. Here is an article about her:

Thanks @vingogly
Lol I'm loving all these articles about her. Here's one where she complains about that saveur article for misquoting her.
