Effect of sleeping hours on TDEE

Options
Hi everyone,

I take some very sedating meds to help manage my bipolar depression and those meds cause me to sleep for 10-11 hours every night. I wonder if I should recalculate my TDEE to take this into account. I imagine that TDEE calculators tend to assume that people don't sleep that long! If so, my TDEE may be slightly lower than the calculators predict. What do you think? I've been using the calculator at iifym.com and scoobysworkshop.com.
