Sluggish Day Help

Whats your guys advice for a day you just feel sluggish, jello, and tired. Feel this way even after caffeine, workout, and protein shake.

    Of course there are a lot of variables that could account for feeling sluggish. But right off the bat & assuming your diary is all filled out, I'd suggest more complex carbs & less simple carbs. The sugar content looks pretty high. The complex carbs will give a more sustained energy boost rather than quick energy.

    But of course it could be other things too, as other posters have pointed out.
