Back again

Hey everyone, my name is Heather. I'm 29 years old and a stay at home mom to my 3 and 5 year old daughters. I also go to college part time working towards my Bachelor's degree in Economics. We moved here to North Dakota 3 years ago on orders from the Air Force from Arizona. My husband is active duty here. Arizona was my home and where all of my family and friends were. Since moving up here I only made one friend, who got orders to move away. With the long, bitter winters and being so far away from everyone I have struggled with making new friends and being depressed much of the time. Of course, when I feel overwhelmed something has to give, and the easiest thing to give up was taking care of myself. School, the house, my kids, and my husband became my priority and I stopped treating myself like a person. I have gained weight and become unhealthy and want to reverse that. I've been here a few times before, but after a week or so I stop logging in because something always comes up. I would love to meet people who are going through similar situations so we can motivate and support each other!
