Hey my second time here!

Last time I was here I weighed 160 trying to go back down to 140 hahaha how times have changed I'm over 200 now due to stress eating from loss of a family member and friends.
Though my new goal is just 150 but 140 would be awesome... 140 was hard for me to achieve I had to exercise daily to achieve it last time and my schedule now doesn't cooperate with that idea.
So hey!
