Hi! My name is Kristen and I have been the host of 17 long term weight loss challenges, here on MFP, and now it's time to get ready for the next one! This new challenge is "Reach For The Beach!" and goes for 13 weeks. It is from March 28 to June 27. Our weigh ins will be on Mondays (closing each week at noon CA time and re-opening every Thursday). You can weigh in early also (Thursday – Sunday) so our first weigh in starts on March 24!
I'm a really informal host. The group will be pretty easy going, with a great mix of people posting and supporting each other along our weight loss journey. We won't have pressure either! Just accountability.

Please add me. I gained 35lbs in 5 months and I need the motivation. I started gaining the majority of my weight after working out for the last 3 months thought it was muscle, but I did a body analysis and it is mainly fat. Help!!!0

Hi @kcthatsme, I'd love to join too. I really need to get back on track. I know I'm not supposed to beat myself up but I am up about 8 lbs since the start of this challenge and it's my own darn fault. I haven't been logging, I haven't been exercising, I've been eating junk (and lots of it), I have been under a tonne of stress, haven't been sleeping and travel isn't helping that either. I need to recommit and am hoping another challenge will help. I'm doing even more travel during the next challenge but I've got to get my weight under control! Advice welcome!!!0
