Iwatch users question.

I have an Iwatch. Are you using total calories or move calories to manually enter in mfp since it is not linked automatically?

    You can link it on your apple health and activity app on the watch/phone

    If you're tracking workouts and don't have it linked (as the previous poster), enter the calories burned by the workout, not total calories. Total calories include what you would have burned anyway (from BMR) during that time, so they've already been accounted for.
