Support needed

Hi there, Im Jools and have set myself a challenge to lose 1 stone before my holiday in May. ive managed to lose 4 pounds in the last two weeks but am starting to struggle to keep motivated. Not a real lover of salad and am missing my potatoes, rice and pasta.... anyone in the same boat? :smiley:

    I am the same! Trying to shift 25 pounds for a summer holiday. I want to keep it simple ... eat healthy and move more. But sometimes its hard to stay motivated whrn baking or wine is calling!
