Hi, I want to get an app that integrates with MFP and has a mileage tracker so I can keep track of my miles per week.
Any recommendations?

    Endomondo, Strava, Runkeeper

MapMyFitness has a lot of adherents but personally I wouldn't normally recommend it

Runtastic, similarly has some fans but I found it killed my battery fairly quickly.

Alternatively if you're aiming for a half, then a Garmin would be a decent option; 310XT and 220 are pretty low cost given that they've been superceded.

I have MapMyFitness - It's all junked up with ads. And the half marathon training programs are VERY expensive.
I used to have endomundo... I'll download it again, plus the other two and see which I like best. Thanks!
I don't know Garmin. Is it an app? 310XT/220 makes me think it's a device of some kind.
I mean, I do have an iPhone. what's the benefit of this device, whatever it is.

Both Endomondo premium and Strava premium have HM training plans, each have their benefits and disbenefits. Equally lots of free plans around; Hal Higdon, Runners World, Trail Runner magazine etc.

Garmin is a watch based GPS device. Better tracking accuracy, better power management and it avoided having to carry the phone.

I have a 310XT but the big benefit of that for me is cycling use as well as running.
