Hi I can't accept it anymore I should lose weight

I'm a single mom and my age 31 I try to lose weight my weight was 170 pounds I start doing diet one month and a half ago and my weight now 155 pounds I should lose 35 pounds more

Good for you! You will also teach your children the correct way to eat and exercise. Most of health occurs in the kitchen, about 30% in the gym or exercise. If you look at the best way to eat for you, it's not typically a numbered diet (21 day this or that) it's a lifestyle change, which is forever. Doesn't mean you cannot eat out, it's all about
choices, making the good ones for your body and your children.
