I'm new to fitnesspal. I've been your typical yo-yo diet, extreme weightloss, extreme weight gain kind of girl. I've been tiny to huge. Right now I'm on the fine line of huge and uncomfortable. I played sports my entire life and played for years in college. After a bad sports injury and falling in love I've packed in the pounds... well now I feel and look disgusting. So its time to start. I've turned to low carb and low calorie while doing homework outs and walking on my breaks at work. Feel free to add me, share your story when you decided to start, and as always I accept all advice, tips, forms of truth, encouragement, and inspiration.

    Good luck on your journey! I am also determined to break the cycle after a few years if being out of shape.

    I lost 13 kg on MFP and then I took a break for 4 months. Now I am back to lose an other 13 kg's.
