I'm so happy that I was introduced to MFP! I've been a workout "junkie" for about 5-6 years now, but, I'm finally seeing more definition & I've dropped the unwanted pounds that I couldn't seem to shake & I'm finally BELOW my goal weight! Now, it's all about toning! THANKS to My Fitness Pal!!!!

    I could use some motivation right now. Went on vacation last week and came back 7 lbs heavier. I know its my fault but I'm a bit depressed about it. I was running every day and now haven't been to the gym since getting home.

    I have about 20 lbs to lose but I'd like to think of it in smaller goals of 5 or so at a time. I need to focus!!!
