22/F CW:150. Need motivation and advise

After graduating high school I started at 165lbs and lost up to 143lbs by 2015. However I'm slowly climbing back up the scale and reached 150lbs. I feel like I forgot how to lose weight in addition to loss of motivation.

    Go back over low fat meals you used.
    Check others food diaries.
    You'll get on track.
    Keep in mind we eat to live, not live to eat! You can do this!!!

    Hey there! Try to remember to eat often just smaller portions, that boosted my metabolism like crazy and helped me not ever really be hungry. Also water is your best friend! Always need to remind myself to drink water because that's something I don't do enough! Hope these two tips will help you out, they worked for me along with another few. Good luck:)
