Looking for buddies to give and receive support from! I'm a nurse working in assisted living, recently married with no children. I've done this weight loss thing MANY times before. Enclosing a photo that proves I CAN do it! My previous self is my own motivation for my future self! Let's DO THIS!

    Thanks - although I've gained a LOT back, that photo just proves I am able to do it! There are so many overweight nurses; I think it has something to do with stress of the job, short lunch breaks, and all the goodies our coworkers bring in!

    64 yr old nurse here. After years in Trauma/ER, I moved to the corporate world and MAN, did I pack on the pounds! Starting weight here was 264, I'm at 180 today. You got this. Feel free to add me if you need a "Dad" figure, lol.
