I'm new and need help staying motivated. I have a new born and really need to be able to keep up with his much needed demands.

Got to learn to motivate yourself because if you can't, nobody will do it for you. Support is great, but it doesn't make up for what you need to do.0

Try setting small goals to start. Like at first just count all your calories. Everything you put in your mouth goes in the app.0

If you need an unmotivational partner so you dont feel bad, I post about crushing pizzas, eating korean bbq, ice cream cones, bubble tea, sleeping in bed during work outs, and not tracking my diet.
