HMR Weight Management Program

Hey everyone. I'm starting the HMR Weight Management Program. Just wondering if anyone else here does it and would like to support each other. I've been doing it a month now, but have moments where I stray from the diet. Am looking for others to help motivate and keep myself and each other on track. :)

    Hi! I just started HMR two weeks ago. I am doing the 3+5+1 program. I really like it a lot, I have found myself to be terribly tempted by sugar snacks and soda, but I have managed to avoid temptation so far! One thing that had really helped me is the Sparkling Ice water, I love it! It feels like I am drinking a sweet soda, but zero calories/sugars! Let's do it together!

    I'm waiting for my box to arrive in couple of days!would like to hear of any advice or support each other! How has it been since March?

    Is this a shakes diet? What's so great about that? I've lost 50 pounds eating and logging food I like.

    I did it years ago. I think I lost about 10 pounds. It was ok, but eventually you'll have to start eating regular food again and I gained all the weight back, so I don't see the point in it anymore. Same with any of those Jenny Craig/slimfast sort of diets.
