Six year absence ....

Hi!
Gosh where to start. I was always into fitness and started a sport aged 6yo, one I started competing internationally in aged 11yo until I was 22yo before a knee surgery and personal circumstances put a halt to it all. At my peak I was training eight times a week and had an excellent, balanced diet with a consistent weight of 54kg. I was lean and muscular to an extent. Low body fat.
Cut to the chase, I pretty much have not exercised in 6 years. I have gotten by on a residually high BMR until the past year or so. I have an office job, eat out too much and drink more alcohol than I used to. Whilst I am a fairly consistent 57kg these days, I am soft and in the past few months, the dreaded female cellulite has appeared. I want to get back in shape, tone up and have more energy.
I plan to make small changes first so running 3km four times a week and trying to do some weight training / squats / sit ups twice a week, along with some diet changes. The intent being to build on this.
I don't know much about weight training as it was overlooked in my sport for many years. Anyone in SW London that can show me the ropes? Or maybe share some good youtube guides?
