    I stay under 1300 calories each day (but that will depend on your starting weight and lifestyle). I eat mostly lots of veggies and lean meats with frequent snacks (oranges, apples, light string cheese, light cottage cheese, carrot sticks in very low calorie dressing). I have discovered that oatmeal each morning keeps me full longer than other things.
