Hey everyone, I have been with fitness pal before but not consistent but this time I really really need motivation to stay on I'm 5'7" and looking to loose 50lbs !!!! Who is with me !!!!

    Me too! I've been on here for years. When consistent, it works! Lately though, I cant seem to get my act together! Im 5'4 and would be ecstatic to start with a goal to lose 25lbs......then my next goal would be another 20lbs.
