Restarting

In 2014 I lost 30 pounds. I maintained that weight for most of 2015, but I'm four months into a serious relationship and I have got relationship gut! I have gained 10 lbs since I met him. He hasn't noticed a difference but my pants have! Need help staying on track.

    Make sure you log every bite (every taste) and you will be able to get on track really quickly.

    I had the same issue. I lost 25lb in 2012-2013 and ended up gaining all 25lb in the past 3 years. But my husband is gone now and it's a lot easier to stay on track without having to make 2 separate meals for us.

    Just focus on your goals and your reasons why you're doing this. If you log everything consistently you'll be back in no time.
