Hi I'm a 40+ mother of two I have fought with my weight my whole life. Now I'm over 40 the health risks are starting to be a concern and I want to control them before they control me.
Snacking is my devil but am hoping that if I'm accountable to writing down what I consume the will power not to exercise my elbow again will become better and ill start having more success. I don't want to be fat anymore not for me my kids or my partner. I don't want to huff and puff when tying my shoe laces and I don't want to buy bigger clothes . I have everything to gain in this quest and I am ready to start this journey but I'd love encouragement from others journeys too.

Good luck, you can definitely do this. Take it one day at a time and log your calories. It's taken me 40 years to feel like I have a moderate level of control over my bad habits. Im not perfect but have learned to not beat myself up too much either. Feel free to add me as a friend.

Congratulations on that difficult first step! Take it one day at a time and remember to celebrate every victory, even the ones that seem small

Welcome, I have used this app on and off for years. I'm finding the I gained more weight during this winter. I'm the largest I ever been and something must change. Want to be my friend and help each other motivate.
