Lose 1.5lbs a week until December

This weight loss journey has not been fun for me. It seems like know matter how often I change my diet and know matter how much I exercise its hard for me to lose the weight. I'm at 143, and I'm trying to get to 125 by May 31st. Any tips or advice?

    With such a small distance from your current weight to your goal weight, it sounds like your goal might be a bit aggressive. With this range, my guess is that you should be looking at a 0.5lb/week loss goal. I don't quite understand your title because your post mentions May as opposed to December, but 1.5lbs/week would be for someone with a much larger amount to lose.

    If you are eating too little, as suggested by your 1.5lb/week goal, you could feel tired and really hate the process. If you set your goal more realistically, you could be enjoying the journey because it will feel more sustainable.
