Portions!

The ONLY that thing I do is portion control and I have lost tons of weight. Like everyone thinks I'm on drugs just because of my weight loss. Just eat 3 fourths what you usually do then half and that's all!! No pop though in my case! I mean think about it, just eat what you need! That's how I look at it

    I've been asked if I was sick, or if I had lost weight deliberately. Yeah, like I really would want to stay obese :s And if I had stopped eating. No, I just got myself an eating pattern, that's all :p

    I've gotten "the look" and asked .. Is that all your going to eat? It was 600 cal for dinner. So yeah, that's all I'm eating for dinner. All I need to eat. ; ) 75 down as of today.

    I have also had people as if I am sick. I was doing 1200 cal a day for six months and worked out 3x a week and dropped 37, and my BMI is 22, which is perfect for me. Great job all!! Keep up the good work.

    Yup, this happened to me too. People asking if I was sick, or even worse asking me how many times a day I was throwing up! I get that "look" as well when I bring my own food items. I eat 100% plant based. The most wonderful thing ever was when one appropriate serving (size), was too much and I couldn't finish! LOL
