- Just keep doing what you've been doing to lose, but with more calories.
- When you first add, don't just add carbs - it's easy to add in cake and bread and sugar. Stick to your macros and mind your protein and fats too.
- Enjoy your food. The goal isn't to LOSE weight, it's to maintain a healthy weight the rest of your life. So eat reasonable portions of ice cream. Enjoy that small piece of baklava. Grab that beer. And watch your net calories.
- Keep logging.
Congratulations!

I was only able to add 140 calories. Not much
. After a few months though, I'm getting used to it and enjoy the extra calories. I tend to overeat on the weekends and lose it back on the weekdays. I'm still weighing myself and logging. It's s new stage. Takes some getting used to. But I find it much better than having to lose?
