How's it going everyone?
I've been using MFP for about 2 months now, but never posted anything in the community. Figured I would to help me get back on track as between finals, Christmas, and jury duty my workout schedule has been completely abolished.
So about me...
Full time medical student and EMT
26 Male 6'0"
Weight is 298
Started at 310
Goal weight is 215, but I will more be going by Body Fat, which my goal is 10-15%
I am doing before and after pictures to help keep me motivated
My workout plan is a 5 day split. Saturday is cardio.
Anyways, there is my intro. Look forward to getting to know you all. Feel free to add me and keep me on track. I'll do the same with you.

I'm a CNA (med school is way too much lol). Going back to school in the fall for radiology. I've lost about 20lbs so far and wanna lose at least another 30lbs. Feel free to add me for motivation and support!0
