Question regarding finding Calories per gram with mixed types of food.

Hello,
I recently just bought a scale to weigh my food in grams to get a better idea of what i'm consuming compared to just using measuring cups.
My question is how can I be sure how many calories per gram something might be if it's a mixed bag of ingredients. For example, I just got some drunken noodles or pad see eww for lunch and want to weigh it but I don't know how many calories per gram it is. I see some entries in MFP database that amounts to like 2 calories per gram which seems weird to me since noodles by themselves should be 4 calories per gram just as a carb right? Not mentioning the chicken, oils, vegetables in it.
Any ideas how to get an accurate number of calories per gram besides pulling each type of food out of the dish and weighing it separately?
Thanks!

If the food is pre-mixed, you're probably just going to have to estimate it.0

If you were going to guess for an estimate would you just go with 4 calories per gram then or 2?0

When I'm estimating, I always go with the higher number.0

Just to be sure i'm just going to weigh each type of food separately then add them all up just to have a peace of mind. Then in the future if i'm on/off 200 calories from this specific measurement from this weigh i can live with that.0
