Currently in hospital (just routine testing no worries) but super bored. Anyone have any ideas so I don't stick my hand in a bag of chips or raid the floors pantry?

Stream Netflix? Read a book, or listen to an audio book?0

I've been watching Netflix for the past two days... It's so bad. I've walked laps around the floor but that gets boring too. And silly me forgot to bring me book. Thanks for the input thoughacajunintexas wrote: »Stream Netflix?

gameboy? See how many times you can press the call button in 30 seconds? Get a nurse to play tic tac to with you? Join tinder just to see what kinda psycho's you match with? Download the kindle app on your phone so you can read a book? that's all I got. I'm at work. I'm bored too. I probably should just do some work, but instead I went to Dunkin Donuts for an iced coffee.0

Pinterest. Once I'm on there, it's like the bloody bermuda triangle. You will not see me again for hours!

The floor is full so most of the nurses are super busy. I've tried tinder and it was a very "interesting" experience to say the least and probably would not try again. Don't have a game boy or an account for the kindle. I may go see what kind of magazines the floor has though and occasionally they'll have coloring books. Kindle App on your iPhone, most public libraries download books for free that you can read using the Kindle app or they supply the App to download---i'd try a great mystery (so absorbing) choose your genre.

I'm married so I've never tried it myself, but one of my single girlfriends is on there and she meets the funniest losers I've ever seen. Sometimes she even gets pictures randomly of their body parts, if you know what I mean *wink*0

Yeah haha I'm well aware.... Hence why I stopped... I'm not into that kind of stuff specially because most ask to reciprocate the favor (which I never asked for to begin with)enterdanger wrote: »I'm married so I've never tried it myself, but one of my single girlfriends is on there and she meets the funniest losers I've ever seen. Have you considered going onto MFP forums?

Download the Kindle app on your phone! It's the best thing EVER. I spend a lot more time than I should with my face shoved into a kindle book...0

Take this opportunity to learn something. Look up some Anatomy and Physiology and study the muscles, or the endocrine system, or whatever. It might give you some insight. Don't like A&P, catch up on your math, or chemistry, or whatever. Pretend you're in school and just take notes on whatever interests you online. Depending on how long you will be in there, you could commit to a goal, like memorizing every large muscle in the body, or the arm, or whatever, break it into "chapters."0
