Hi, umm I have a question do you recommend the jawbone up24 as a fitness tracker?
Like im into high intensity workouts and I want something to track my burned calories

    How many hours a day are you working out?

    Sounds like you might be "over doing this?"

    Jawbone counts your steps. I have the UP2. You can log other activities and it will give you an estimated burn. But I don't trust it. For weight lifting, its double the burn as MFP.

    It used to be 800 calories a day, is this a bad thig?

    The minimum you should be eating is 1200 plus eating a portion of your cals. Input your info into mfp and eat the goal it gives you.
