How many portions of fruit and veg do you have these days? I've just noticed I'm averaging about 9 or 10 per day! GREAT!!

I usually have 1 or 2 fruit as they are high in sugar than 3 - 5 servings of veg0

I have noticed I'm eating more fruit & veg, definately. I start the day with a banana and then snack on melon or strawberries, beetroot for lunch & big pile of veg for dinner (obviously with other stuff thrown in too!) I think I was struggling to get 5 a day before I started watching my diet. Now I think I'm probably eating 6, 7 maybe 8 portions a day. MFP has really helped me to understand the calorific value of EVERYTHING I eat - great!0

I'm doing my best to get it up there, I'm not always the best about it, but I try to get at least one serving of veggies with every meal0

Anywhere from 1-5 servings of veg. One fruit at most. Usually a banana or some dried apricot.0

Australian recommendations are "go for 2 + 5" - 2 fruit and 5 veg.
I would usually get 1 - 3 fruit and 3 - 5 veggies so I'm not too far off.0
