Problem with app

Hi
I'm posting this here because I'm trying to get help with a problem using the app which I have had no issues with before. I would use the technical support board but it says it has now moved to 'support' and I can't find the right place to post. When I logged on to the app today a box came up headed 'terms and privacy' which I can't get rid of! There's no place to close or accept so this box is stuck on my screen and I can't log my cals for today or access anything within the app.
Has any one else had this problem?

Is this on your phone? What kind?
