I weight myself week to week. Since I will be travelling for 2 weeks,to
whether I should weight myself because I will be on hiatus from the
weighing scale. Should I just wait until I get back from travelling to start
again.

    Are you asking whether or not you should weigh yourself while you are away from your regular scale? If that's your question, I wouldn't. Scales can be different. I would just resume weighing myself when I got back.

    If you're asking whether or not you should stay on plan while you're traveling, that is up to you. I like to stay on plan when I travel, especially for longer trips. But if you choose not to stay on plan, that's up to you.

    Is it ok to have a 100 calorie deficit or 200 calorie deficit

    Either one is okay.

    To lose weight you need a calorie deficit, you cant outrun a bad diet is a common phrase. You can lose wight without exercise but exercise is good for your health. It can also help retain muscle/lean body mass which results in a better looking body.
