New-ish to MFP, interested in IIFYM

Hello,
My name is Cadence and I am a 23 year old fitness and health enthusiast from Illinois. I competed in an OCB bikini competition last November and I have an upcoming comp in April. I am hoping to try Iifym or flexible dieting to reverse diet after my show. Also a member of the LGAccountability community. Looking for any fitness and healthy eating friends :)
