How do I eat more when I'm not hungry?

Hey everyone. My goal is to tone and tighten my body. I'm content with my shape, just want to be more sculpted. HOWEVER I do not eat a lot. I cannot do the whole 5-7 meals a day. I just joined MFP 3 days ago and I'm literally logging in everything I eat, and I noticed that I barely reach 1000cals. What should I do. I'm not purposely starving myself and I don't want to loose muscle mass and etc. please help! Thanks guys

Eat some calorie dense foods. peanut butter, almonds are easy to get down for 150 calories. have pizza. like cheese? eat whole milk products like cheese and yogurt, not the lowest calorie stuff you can find.0

I eat 1-2 times a day. No one says you have to eat 5-7 times a day. Maybe eat more calorie dense foods like nuts, avocado, peanut butter, etc.0

whey protein in milk. not hard at all to get over 1000 calories0

When I had a very low appetite/nausea when I was sick a while ago, Ensure helped me get vitamins in and some calories. I mean who doesn't want to drink a chocolate milkshake?0
