Hey, guys! I'm 19 y/o, I'm 5'2" and currently weigh 156 lbs I wanna get down to about 100~110 lbs eventually, which will take a while! Every time I try to diet, it has failed and I just end up gaining more weight and feeling discouraged! I've decided I need to really get committed, start eating healthier and working out. My friends in real life aren't very motivational, their idea of "supporting me" is making me feel bad for eating at all and making comments about my eating habits. It demotivates me if anything. So, I would like to meet some nice people who can motivate me in a positive way!

Hey, you want to lose roughly the same amount as my goal was when I started. That's really my only credential here haha! My main tip you be to just make small changes week by week that just become habits. There no point going balls to the wall working out everyday and eating only salad if it lasts a month at most. Switching from coke to fizzy water or diet coke cut nearly 10lbs off me in the first 3-4 months for example.0
