Help! Scale not budging.

Hi everyone! I have been using MFP for about 2 months and have only lost 1.5 lbs. I know some days I am not logging everything, some days I eat more than I should, but for the most part I am staying under 1500 calories each day and doing cardio for at least 15 minutes. I am 5'5", weight 150 lbs and my normal weight is 132-135.

Can anyone take a look at my diary and give me some advice? My weakness is sugar, but I am trying my hardest to decrease that.

    If you aren't logging everything, start there. You're easily eating more than you think if you aren't logging.

    You've already answered your problem. Food is the key to success. You need to very strict when it comes to reading labels, measuring and counting ALL your calories.
