I'm tiny and I still have fat thighs lol, one of the last places to go on me apparently! Least they're easy to hide0

As said above you cannot spot reduce but you can tone and add definition. I do several leg workouts and have noticed some fabulous leg muscles, which yes my thighs are still thick but at least they don't jiggle any longer0
