Hi Jennifer, I'm Sherri, from Gabriola island BC, wehere are you at? How many days using MFP? Is it working for you? I am finding it pretty cool to track what I eat and see exactly what nutrients my body is getting. This is my fourth day! Already feeling better, at least I've committed to making a change... I'm lucky because I only have 8 pounds I want to lose, but I his is my first year of menopause and my lifestyle has also changed so it's time to get a handle on it!!!
