Last year both arches in my feet were high and now 1 is medium. If it collapsed, how come I have no pain? Since last yr. I got a new injury on that side. Now it is all healed. On the running test, they said I don't overpronate. Should I be worried why it collapsed? It isn't hurting.

It depends on the method used to assess your arches. Last summer 2 reputable stores evaluated my arches & gsit 2 different ways on the same day.0

I had one of my arches lower after nerve damage from a broken pelvis. It took months of physio but I got it back. It's very hard to retrain an arch but it can be done if you have a knowledgeable physiotherapist and you're willing to work hard and be patient. You have to mentally connect to muscles you're not used to noticing basically.0
