Hey everyone.
I'm Jenna and I'm from Ontario, Canada.
I've been a faithful WeightWatchers online member for about 2 years and have had some success. After my first baby was born in November, I took some time away from tracking and then rejoined in January when the new program started. I found I wasn't being as successful as I was on the new program. I decided I needed to change things up and came over to MFP. Sunday will be my two week mark and it's been going well! I actually find myself more aware of what I'm eating and how often. I don't feel as restricted and much prefer how my fitbit tracks on here than on WW.
WW is a great program, don't get my wrong, I just found the new updated program and app not as motivating for me, and trust me I need it. I've quit and restarted this so many times, I've lost count!
My goal is to shed weight, get healthy and hopefully convince my hubby for baby number two one day. Lol
I say convince because our son was born 5 weeks premature due to me developing HELLP syndrome and needing an emergency induction because my liver and kidneys were failing quickly and my blood platelets were dangerously low.
Happy to say all is good now, thankfully, I was very lucky. But it was traumatizing nonetheless.
Looking forward to following some new people with similar goals!

Hey Jenna, Welcome aboard. This is a great group for support, motivation and recipes, glad you and your baby are healthy, I have been here for about two weeks, I have 76 pounds since September 2014 and have about 10 more to go for maintenance. I log food and exercise daily and it's open for friends, so feel free to add me if you like!
Enjoy the journey!

Hey Jenna! I tried WW in the past as well! Saw some results but then fell off. I had my son back in Feb and gained 45lbs and lost most of it! Would love to be friends on here and on FB! https://www.facebook.com/melissahunter6120
